What is the admin fee?

The admin fee is a one time fee due when booking a room. It covers contract registration taxes, third party insurance, garbage tax, and room initial and final cleaning.

What is the utilities flat fee?

The utilities flat fee is included in your rental agreement and it covers weekly cleaning of shared areas, high speed internet, heating, water, and electricity. Utilities are capped individually in case of excessive use. Be good to the environment, save water and electricity!

Is there a cleaning service?

We clean the common areas of the Apartment (kitchen, bathroom(s) and living room) every week. The service does not include dishwashing; we give our tenants notice so they can leave everything clear for the cleaners to easily do their job. 

Can I have my room cleaned?

Of course, you can ask for a one time cleaning (please note we need 24hour notice) or have it cleaned every week for a flat fee.

What is the minimum time to stay?

The minimum time to stay is three months. However, we can accept shorter stays for some rooms : do not hesitate to ask us !

How long can I stay?

The minimum stay is three months, after 3 months, you are welcome to stay as long as you like!

Who are my flatmates?

We have hosted tenants from over 20 different nationalities, we do not differenciate genders, we do mainly cater to internationals aged 20-30.

Is this apartment close to the university?

You can find the exact address of the apartment as well as its distance from the most important universities in Milan directly in the room description.

Do not hesitate to ask us directly if you don’t find it !

Can I meet my future flatmates before I move in?

Of course. We can easily put you in touch with the other tenants of the apartment you booked.

Do I have to buy kitchen equipment?

No need for that, we provide fully furnished apartments and that includes shared kitchen equipment, and a dishwasher to make it easier to keep it clean.

What is the notice period If I want to move out of the room before the end of the contract?

Unlike the Italian standard rental agreement, which requires 6 months’ notice, we only require 3. If you would like to move to a different room or a different apartment under our management just reach out to us, we can offer even more flexibility!

What types of payment do you accept?

We encourage bank transfers, if you only have an extra EU bank account we suggest you pay via Transferwise. We also accept cash or credit card, both with a 3% fee.

Are pets allowed?

The apartments are shared amongst different people, we never know who is comfortable with pets and whether the next tenant moving in may have allergy issues. We love pets, unfortunately we cannot host them in the apartments under our management.

Is there a laundry service?

All the apartments are equipped with washing machine and dryier.

Is it possible to have guests in the room?

Yes, we kindly ask you to inform us about any overnight guest attaching a copy of their ID/passport of to info@reboutiquemilano.com. Written approval from CVRE SRL –

REboutique is mandatory. Each tenant is allowed the presence of one overnight guest for a maximum of 3 nights per month.
